Hi All, Need a bit of butturance here - We submitted our 136 which was delivered to ASPC on 13th Feb and I have noticed it is taking a few weeks to send out the acknowledgements. And heres our problem - Hubby (main applicant) turns 35 on March 11 so we will lose 5 points which we need. Now as I understand it they take your age when you submit your application BUT if the application isn't acknowledged til after 11 March are we up sh*t creek???:(
It wont be the end of the world if it does happen as in April we can get 10 points for work experience (3 out of the last 4 years) but I imagine it will be a lot of faffing around and the wait of another month, and thats if the reject it straight away, cant stand the thought they will reject it in 4 months for this!!!
Probably worrying over nothing and the acknowledgment will be here in the next 2 weeks. But just incase....
So, please, please, please can you tell me they take the application from the date its delivered and not the date of the acknowledgment letter.
