Well, I paid the å£10 but understood that was just for ordinary postage rather than a courier. Having just sent six sheets of paper over to Australia and paid Royal Mail almost å£6 for the pleasure I would imagine the medical documents would be the best part of å£10 with the Royal Mail but I imagine significantly more if a courier was used? I had my med back in February btw, unrequested but the police check request came soon after that - and my visa was granted last Monday! Have now swapped worrying about the visa grant for worrying about selling my house, finding a job etc etc. I know how you're feeling, all the waiting is so frustrating. I waited 6 months from application date for a c.o. (136 MODL) - others were getting their visas in less than 4 months! Nothing you can do but be patient. Good luck
