Unbelievable! It seems like the timelines have just suddenly jumped a month or two, and this is not just because of Christmas. In my visa clbutt (138), those granted their visas end Nov 2005 had taken a total of around 7 months from app to grant. Now myself and others have waited over 7 months, like yourself, without hearing a thing. 6 weeks ago they told me, "Give it 2 weeks", and I called again yesterday and they told me "Give it 2 weeks". What's more, 3 other late June 138ers have got their requests, so they aren't still just doing May applicants. When I called 6 weeks ago they told me they were doing appls received 25 May to 25 June. That was 6 weeks ago!!! Now they are telling you they are doing May still? They really are all over the place there. Urhghg!
OK, deep breath! I really hope you get yours soon, have they got all your meds-pccs? Would be nice if you didn't have to actually speak to anyone over there again and went straight to grant. Here's hoping.
