George Lombard did send me some information on third party AOS but i only got as far as a rough quote of $4000 per person as a starting place! I was not sure what to do but family is helping us get another AOS and we are paying the new people, but only a $1000 as a goodwill payment!

OK, I can give you the URL but then you're on you're own. Frankly I'm disgusted that a registered migration agent offers this kind of service but it's there in black and white.
The agent is a Mr John Hourigan. His website suggests he's running an empire but afaik he's a sole trader working out of his home. He probably finds bunnies to give butturances through a club he belongs to. Or he has a large family, who knows?
