My husband and I are about to submit our send application (STNI) and we have a few questions in relation to the above mentioned forms.
Firstly, we would like to know what happens if we, on the points test, note 5 points for spouse points and we are not able to submit employment contract, duty statement etc. (but everything else included)? We actually don't need these points but since we have both taken the IELTS test and having had our skills buttessed we thought we ought to do something with it. The only problem is the fact that I (as the spouse) have not had my pay slips translated as well as certified copies of employment contract and duty statement. Should we just omit these spouse points or is it ok to put uncertified copies of these documents?
We would also like to know if any of you have completed Part J relating to Skill Matching, on Form 47SK? We are unsure if we should do this. Please advice..
Finally, we haven't got a clue as to what we should write in Question 9 on form 80 ("details of any idenbreasty cards, social security cards or any alien registration numbers you have held in the past"). Does any of you out there know?
For some reason we cannot access Form 990i ("Charges"). Is the fee still AUD 1,845?
