Thank you very much for your advices. You are right. I am going to get a Working And Holiday Visa for Australia. I am so sorry that I am not familiar with visa types and their names. For your information I am not qualified to get immigration visa; because I don't have 4 years IT experience (post graduation) and that is just 1 year. So it seems to be impossible to take action for Immigration Visa before coming to Australia. But here in Iran, there is lawyer who is doing every thing for me and my wife and he says that: 1. We will get there by Working And holiday Visa, meanwhile he is doing every thing for our immigration. 2. I can work for an employer more than 3 or 6 months and if my employer needs me he-she can correspond with embbutty and they will let me work for him-her once 3 or 6 months more. 3. I can find a relevant IT job there during 3 or 4 first months. I am a professional software analyzer-developer. But I am not sure about finding a good job there soon. 4. After 2 or 3 years of living there, he has done every for us from Iran, and we just need to come back Iran to change our visa. 5. My degree will be as below after three years living there: 5.1. Nominated Occupation Computing Professionals - Applications and Analyst Programmer = 60 5.2. Age 18 to 29 = 30 5.3. English Language ability Vocational English = 15 5.4. Occupational Experience More than three years = 10 5.5. Occupation in demand Not Applicable = 0 5.6. Australian Qualifications Not Applicable = 0 5.7. Family Sponsorship Not Applicable = 0 5.8. Bonus Points Applicable = 5 5.9. Spouse Skills Not Applicable = 5
So I will be qualified for immigration visa after three years.
I need your help to don't do any thing crazy. I am selling my whole life in Iran, and furthermore I am in a very good job situation right now. So if I do any mistake I will lose every thing. Please help me.
