HiHi!
I've seen your other posts a few days ago...
I'm afraid that it's not easy to answer your question as there are many options available depending on your job, qualifications, age, experience, money$ and etc...
Frankly, there's no way to really help you without more information BUT I would strongly advise you against putting personal information on an online forum.
So, as a guide, do the following first:
Visit the Australian Immigration Website and do a bit of initial research to see what options are available:
Note that:
1) One of the most common option is Send Visa... but with your Customer Service background, it may not be so easy. Nevertheless, you'll never know... there may be ways.
2) There's always the business visa but you'll need to have lots of $$$.
3) Student Visa is available if you are studying FULLTIME but it's not a permanent visa.
After doing the reading up on the above website, and finding whatever options fit you best, you will now probably have more specific questions to ask. As such, you can either:
a) Ask it on this forum and most members will be pleased to help as much as they can.
b) Contact one or two or even three reputable Migration Agents. If you do a search on this forum, you'll find the them easily. Most will offer you a FREE initial consultation and help you work out your options. They are professionals and you can freely divulge more detailed information to them.
Thereafter, you will have a better idea on what's available to you and how to proceed.

However, don't be too dishearten if you can't go right away. There are people who spent a few years retraining in order to qualify for the visa.
Good Luck!
