Whatever you do, do not use these migration agents. As most on here know of the saga's we have had with them, now they have really proved what an inefficiant bunch of (expensive) amatures they are.
After being told on Friday the pbuttports were back and would be posted out by registered post for us to receive them on Saturday by midday I found out today they were still in their post room!!! :(
We posted our pbuttports off for them to send to AHC London (this firm is based in London by the way) on the 28th July by registered post and they received them before midday on the 29th. They then held on to them until Monday 1st before sending them to AHC.
Our agent was fully aware of the fact that we had flights booked for the 18th of August. Others who have not used an agent have managed to have their pbuttports back within 3 days, we are nearing two and a half weeks and still don't have them.
This sort of incompetance needs to be highlighted to all those who would possibly use this company. We paid nearly å£1,800.00 and they still wanted to charge me å£350 for them to get the pbuttports sent by courier up to us even though it's their fault.
I informed them as I was driving up the M6 that we were handing over the keys to our house today and have now had to re-arrange all our plans for visiting people before we go so that we can be in a location for them to post the pbuttports to us.
Needless to say if I don't get the pbuttports before midday tomorrow they will be facing a court case-compensation claim!
