Hello Caz
I'm no expert on send visas. Is SIR one of the ones that the ASPC handle? If so, there is now an e-mail address where you can send the ASPC a special, blank e-mail (to a special address) and it generates an auto-reply telling you how long to expect to wait for a CO to be allocated.
For more info about this, have a look at British Expats, and look for a "Read Me" message by George Lombard at the top of the Immigration to Oz forum.
s374A Public Interest Certificates 276Heretic Yes, I think that's it. interesting thing about litigation - sometimes the other side - even DIMA - make mistakes. Important enough for the Minister...
Also, will your meds be processed by the LCU? If so (or if you are not sure) tell the search-box on the DIMA website home page to find LCU. It is forthcoming on the subject of the meds.
Might be best to find out the likely time-scale for the appointment of a CO and leave the meds until a bit closer to that date?
I don't know about the time-line for SIR visas, but hopefully somebody else may be able to give you more help than I can.
Good luck
Cheers
Gill
