I know what you mean. I think you went through all the TRA drama - same as us. We failed first time. We were adamant that their decision was wrong so prepared an appeal and sent that off. 2 weeks later our appeal was returned stating that we were trying to submit additional information (which was not true - I think the problem was that the person receiving our appeal just did not understand the subject matter and our arguements) - so we contacted them asking them what part of our appeal was considered "additional information", they told us they had made a mistake and we should send our appeal again. Finally they pbutted us on our appeal. Even though all the courier costs were a fortune - must admit it was still a nice feeling depositing a TRA refund cheque into my bank account!! LOL!
Nevertheless, it has made the whole wait that much longer and that much more painful. Because of our TRA experience, we find that we don't feel confident about anything and keep expecting Murphey to rear his ugly head again. I know positive thought is suppose to be the way to think... but tricky when you realise how easy it is for them to also make mistakes.
All I want is our med requests (because then I know that they are happy with everything that we have submitted so far) and to pbutt our meds - then I will relax a bit more.
