A quick question to something that I have not found the answer yet, I'll make it to the point.
1. I came to Aus on a PR visa Nov 2004 2. Married in Thailand May 2005 - girl I know for over three years who has two kids from previous marriage (my step children now and paper work all done 3. Since I came to Aus in Nov 2004 my wife and I have spent two weeks togeather in Thailand in May of this year 4. Now I am settled here with a job etc and would like her to come on a holiday (alone) for 4 months before she is to go back and make PR application for her and the kids to come over. 5. Kids stay in Thailand during that 4 months. 6. I am making a Tourist visa application for her and included the following. Reason for her visit, to spend time with me before she goes back to make a application for residence, kids will stay for that four months in Thailand in her family home, I am providing a letter stating I will be providing lodging and funding for the trip, providing copies of my PR visa, my job offer, pay slips etc .
Am I missing anything?
