I suggest that you apply for a new pbuttport ASAP and wait until it arrives before sending it off. If you have an agent then they are going to want you to send it to them, so you could leave this bit blank and ask your agent to write it in before he sends it off
You need to put that she is migrating with you. A no would mean that she would not get a visa
I put my address here and then filled in the last section with my agents details and all letters etc were sent to them Only if you need her skills for extra points
Only if you need the points to make 120. It makes no difference if you have 120 or 130 points, only if you have less than 120 That is up to you. There is no harm in it, but it will not affect your application if you don't No wait at least 4 months before getting these done
