Hi, I've got loads of questions as I am just starting to fill the 47SK forms in.
Please do ya best for me as we are all in the same boat here
As my partners family are mostly either deceased or living some distance away, she cannot find out the date of birth for her mother and father. They both died when she was quite young. Obviously she knows the day and month but isn't sure of the year. Is that a problem? Can we just put "unknown"
Main form 47SK Questions
* Is it one form each we have to fill in or does one form cover us all?
* Is it OK to put my old expired pbuttport number on the application, even though it is not my most recent pbuttport. My most recent one has been lost.
* Question 18 asks if my spouse will be migrating with me. Does that mean, "is she also applying for a visa" or does that mean "will she be with you when you first land on Australian soil". The reason I ask is because I may go out first and set up a home and find work.
* Question 20 asks for my address for correspondence, do I give them my address or my agents address
* Do I need to list my spouse's eployment history even if her visa will be granted because of my skills?
* Should I be applying for bonus points, having had Australian work experience?
* Should I fill in Part J, the skill matching database?
When are the police checks and stuff done, do they go away with my main application?
