I found out my case officers name about 3 weeks ago (we applied end october)when I got the request for further information. I thought it was a blokes name until the agent said no it was actually a woman he spoke too. LOL She can easily become my new BF though if she is satisfied with the new info sent and gives us the go ahead for the meds. If not I will be as gutted as Lacey every time she checks her email and sees "nothing" again. To be honest I got mine right on schedule as predicted by agent 4 months after applying. In fact to the day 1st of March. Now just back to the waiting game of will she be happy with the new info, or will she want more more more!!!!AAAH Also by the way to everyone else who recieved a request for more info it takes up to a month to process this new info as well. So we have probably added another month onto our timeline DAM and BLAST
