Michelle, despite what your agent says, I would take one step at a time, go to the hospital and see what the deal is and then decide about taking it further.
Its not down to your agent about the medical, its down to the panel of doctors.
I wish I could give you a hug.
First and foremost, it has been found and you will be treated and thats what you have to concentrate on.
I think the thing with migrating, is will you have a support network out there?
You can keep your dream in focus to give you something else to channel your thoughts into when you find yourself getting down.
Breast cancer isnt the 'sentence' it was many years ago and many women who have got through it will tell you that.
I know its easy for me to say, but stay positive, stay focused and get through your treatment.
It may or may not be realistic to go to Australia with your situation the way it is but just a couple of points to remember;
If you want to go for it, then go for it and let the medical panel decide. Several factors will be considered as to how bad your health is and how much they anticipate you could cost the government. Fight it till the final decision and then you know you have done your best.
With regards to your health, the rest of your life starts now. The hospital will treat you, your family will support you and don't let anyone but anyone knock a positive atbreastude in fighting any disease.
None of us know what life holds in store for us, we were told my mum wouldnt survive a critical illness back in March, as my mum said 'No bugger will decide when my life is up' and a couple of weeks ago, I enjoyed a glbutt of wine with her, something we didnt believe would happen.
So just you be kind to yourself because with the right frame of mind, the finest treatment for your condition, there is only one way for you to go and that is upwards.
Love to you and your family and I pray that you find the strength.
PM me anytime if you fancy a chat.
Samantha
