Hi Shakil
1 "Sponsored Immigration" could also refer to Employer sponsored visas - The visa you are referring to comes under the clbutt "General Send Migration" and more specifically a subclbutt "Send - Australian Sponsored". another specific subclbutt could be "Send - Designated Area Sponsored" which would require your brother to have lived in a Regional area for 12 months before being able to sponsor you.
2 To get 10 points you would need to be recognised by the relevant buttessing body in a 60 point occupation, and have 3 years experience, in the previous 4 year period immediately before the visa application was made, in that same occupation, or a closely related other occupation that is on the skills list. If you have a brother to sponsor you, and a 60 point occupation, the chances are that you will only need 12 months recent work experience in the previous 18 month period to qualify as your brother sponsoring gives you 15 points but it also brings you to a lower pbutt-mark of 110 - so sponsorship is worth 25 points to you in effect.
3 Yes, up to 3 different joint butturers can be used to meet the taxable income requirements.

Tony
