i am looking to apply for a spouse visa in a de facto relationship and just want to know what types of evidence other than joint bills and accounts will be accepted.

i have been with my girlfriend, who is australian, since july last year. i met her while working in oz and i had to leave her in september due to working back in the uk.

i was working in the army with her flat mates and they will be able give us written references, also her parents are willing to do the same.

we kept in touch by phone and email and she came over here in november. she lived with my friends and family until we got a flat together at the start of the month. they are also willing to give written references to supprt this.

i am leaving my job at the end of the year to join her in oz and have been guaranteed a place to stay with her family until we get on our feet and help finding a new job when im there. i also have an butturance of support if needed.
