I would be grateful if someone can clear this up for me,
It is related to sending medical results and also the 1022 form.
here goes....
I have trawled the news groups and people have said they put their 1022 form in with their medicals even if they have had no changes, how can this be possible if the doctor sends the medical results?
I was asked to provide medicals and the 1022 form was mentioned (only if there are changes - how I read it anyway), do you need to provide the 1022 form even if you have no change of circumstances ?
How do you send medical results by courier? It explicitly says on the forms that the doctor must send them separately? I can only buttume you arrange this with the doctor and when he sends them you will be given the tracking number?
I know this 1022 question is asked often there are lots of conflicting opinions, it seems you will be asked again for the form anyway if you are lucky enough to get a visa, so apologies in advance !
