By week 6, I tried sending the AFP an email through their website at came back.
After slightly more than 2 months, I got another email contact and emailed the AFP. Surprisingly, I received a reply first thing in the morning the very next day.
It seems that they have sent me the PCC, less than 10 days after I mailed it off... Talk about quick service... Nevertheless, I supposed it was lost in the mail.
Anyway, they promised to sent me a copy (free of charge) immediately and I received it within a week.
The long and short is, although it was late, the PCC came eventually and I have nothing but good words for the AFP. Now, the postal service is another issue...

I think generally not everyone is happy with the AFP but I think everyone got their PCC in the end.
