Q1 Yes. You have to enclose your original from TRA. Do make a photocopy for your records, however and to be on the safe side I would make 2 and have at least one of them certified as true copies before I sent anything. At least that's what we did. Never can tell if the app will be lost in transit, etc. Q2 It's totally up to you whether or not you go for the skill matching database. Q3 Not sure what evidence you may be referring to, however fill in the boxes with the pertinent information. If you do not have enough room (I have 10 siblings, hubby has 7, so there were not enough spaces for us) then either print off another copy of that page and write "Q46 CONTINUED" at the top or write out the information on a separate piece of paper with the same caption. Q4 If you were convicted of an offence, then absolutely report it on your application. You will be required further down the line to do a police clearance check and if you neglect to tell them on the application and then it shows up later on some other official document, then they may wonder what else you are hiding. Better to tell them too much information than not enough. What they don't need, they will ignore. Hope this helps.
