CHRISTMAS MORNING COFFEE CAKE
This one I have made and LOVE it!! It isn't just for Christmas. I have given it as a house warming gift, neighbor welcome and used as brunch! Let me know how you like it. Paula Archer
Buy a 9" or 10" round glbutt dish suitable for micro waving. Add coffee cake batter (to be refrigerated and micro waved the following morning), or add a bag of ingredients along with nuts and raisins for easy mixing. Attach the recipe and tie the gift with colored cellophane and a nice bow.
Make the batter and deliver the gift to a neighbor Christmas Eve, to refrigerate and cook the next day. Give the dish and ingredients to a new microwave owner or as a hostess gift. Or microwave the coffee cake for the annual family Christmas breakfast.
