It's a cutting board. No need to be too careful. You're just going to be chunking at it with a cleaver as soon as you've cleaned it up. I'd...

Having just made our move from South Carolina back to Pittsburgh, I have a suggestion for anyone planning a move and especially putting a fridge or freezer in storage. We had the freezer in storage for 3 months-about 2 weeks before the movers came, I defrosted it then scrubbed it down with diluted bleach water, dried it well, left the door open a few days. Before going onto the moving van, I stuffed it with lots of the paper the movers use for wrapping dishes, etc. and put a plastic container of baking soda in the side of the door (I used tape to keep it secure during the move). There was no smell and it was ready to plug in when they brought our things to the new house. Anyway, maybe just clean your fridge with the bleach water, dry it good and leave the door open a couple of days to air. I think I saw on a tv commercial that there is a deoderizer that you can stick to the inside of the fridge. If the smell is still there maybe try putting newspaper in there for a couple of days- the ink will absorb the odors. Hope this helps. Jan
