We're having pizza. We were going to have mac-n-cheese and fruit salad, but I am too worn out to make the sauce. We have been watching two little demons, I mean children, so their parents could take a trip. We knew they were like this, so Rich took two vacation days, so I wouldn't be alone with them here, plus our kids. These kids are so out of control. They go into every room screaming, hands first and grab everything they can reach. These two are more than double the work of our four. We had to put away anything we liked or had sentimental value, and of course the breakables, from about six feet high on down, we have eight gates up, locks permanently locked on several doors, and they still manage to create chaos. *sigh* They go away Sunday, it was supposed to be two days and turned out to be four.
Regards, Ranee (who is wondering what these parents are doing with their kids that they cannot be trusted for a second, our kids, both older and younger were fine in our minimally child proofed home, and even could be left to play together in a room by themselves while we do something else)
