I love sunny side up eggs. It's the only way I really like them when fried. DH likes his over easy and runny but his favourite is poached and runny. Both of us will tolerate scrambled eggs but neither of us care for those scrambled from some sort of liquid meant to resemble eggs as on some buffets.
If you like omelets you would likely like frittatas. They are like an open omelet started on the stove then baked in the oven. We like them with chopped potatoes, ham, onions & mushrooms but quite often I will toss in other veggies I have on hand. Like omelets, frittatas are very versatile and a great *clean out the fridge* meal.
I wonder if you had a bad experience as a child?
I don't mind hardboiled eggs and quite often make slices to add a little protein to a salad. DH loves deviled eggs and egg salad. The only hardboiled egg I'm not fond of is pickled. I make a couple of quarts of pickled eggs to keep on hand for relatives that like them. My adverstion likely came back in my teenage testing out country bars years ;)
