On rec.food.cooking (a froup I'm a regular on) she recently mentioned her heavy LSD use back in the 70's (Google has this archived) -- maybe her neurons are fried or something...it figures. I really have to wonder if her kid (who I feel REALLY sorry for since she's the "mother") is actually allergic to anything or if she's just one of these no - life "Munchausen - by - proxy" - type mothers who gets a vicarious kick of channeling her kid's "ailments" in public in order to gain cheap sympathy and attention...
Maybe she and the sprog should simply hitch a ride on Ken Kesey's "Magic Bus" instead of attempting to fly...
In any case, poor kid :-(
