Hello my friends. I hope you like this pasta I have invented this morning for you! We tasted it and it was very very nice! Very simple to do:

PASTA WITH CAULIFLOWER, ANCHOVIES AND BLACK OLIVES

200 g Fusilli - (bucati corti Barilla) 2 1/2cups boiled cauliflower - (half medium raw -cauliflower ) 3TBS black olives - sliced 3/4 cup olive oil - EVOO 5 medium anchovies - under oil 1/2 cup parsley - chopped 2 cloves garlic - whole salt - (quantity as you like) 1/2 hot chili pepper - chopped 1/2 cup Romano cheese - (or Reggiano cheese grated).
Step 1: Boil cauliflower, and drain when it is soft. Let it cool then season it in a saucepan: put 3-4 TBS of olive oil, garlic and hot chili pepper; when garlic is browned put cauliflower and salt, mushing it with a fork for some minutes. When all is mixed throw away garlic. While pasta is cooking (it is ready when is very "al dente"), prepare the other part of seasonings: put in a large saucepan (I have used wok), the remained oil, and anchovies and cook till anchovies are liquefied. Then add cauliflower, olives and parsley and mix well. Drain pasta, put in the wok, add grated cheese and mix speedly at low fire. Have a nice meal ! Pandora
