One thing that will probably prevent me from considering gastric bypbutt surgery, (my doctor is trying to encourage me to consider it), she told me I could not eat ice cream without getting sick for the rest of my life.
I don't have a serious sweet tooth and only eat ice cream maybe 2 or 3 times per year. I just don't crave it but once in awhile, I want some. Usually Haagan dasz vanilla. No additions, just straight out of the carton.
I don't think I could face not being able to ever enjoy certain foods again! Having IBS is bad enough.
