Stacia, I do a modified version of OAMC where I'll focus on all beef dishes or all chicken etc for that cooking session. Quite often a session will include running the canning pot for some soups or stews. For example, during one session I will make up several trays of lasagne, a few trays of sheppard's pie, taco meat, and anything else we might eat that contains ground beef. Then I will add in a few things containing stew beef especially stew as it can be cooking in the slow cooker while I'm doing other cooking. I use four types of containers - foil pans with lids, ziploc containers, ziploc bags, mason jars. The dollar stores usually have the foil pans including the divided ones for homemade tv dinners. Some grocery stores carry them as well. The best I have four for homemade tv dinners is the divided ziploc containers. The ones I have are divided into three compartments - 2 3-4 c, 3-4 c, and 1-2 c. They can go from freezer to microwave and are reusable. The dollar stores may have something similar.
