OT: Anyone heard from Damsel lately

Hi Cathy, et al:

Crash and I go into hibernation mode in the fall, and I have been sleeping more than I've been awake the past few weeks. Just physically unable to stay awake. Apparently, I'm in a good mood. Crash tells me I wake him up roaring with laughter. Not just a little sleepy giggle, but powerful guffaws. I have no memory of this, or of kicking him in the nuts, but I apparently have done both in recent nights.

I've read some pretty disturbing things in RFC lately, so when we changed hard drives, I purposely didn't install Agent. So for now, Google is my friend. I just scan through and if a header catches my attention, I read some or all of the thread. I'm still here, just as a lurker.

Crash's surgery was re-scheduled to the 9th of November. Kidzilla is making us grandparents in April. I really, really don't like children. I didn't even like them when I *was* one.

When I'm awake, I've been doing some very odd things. Like cleaning! And taking migraine Excedrin. I've been battling the same headache for 7 weeks. When I was finally able to get a doctor's appointment, she canceled. I give up.

Oh, and there will be no Red Hatting for me in the near future. Took 3 e-mails to get the lady to respond to me, and she promised an invitation to their next party. No invitation. I can take a hint.

That's all the news that's fit to print for today. The furnace is on, and I'm going back to bed.
