pickling spices for corned beef
I'm thinking of making some corned beef and using Sheldon's recipe. Since I've never tried any recipe which calls for pickling, I need some help on the amount of spices to use for his recipe...

I have messed around with it quite q bit since the new "1.0" came out. Being a lover of the original Mozilla stuff, I was very happy. You really have to go look through and get some of the add-ins that make lit much more pleasant. My favorite feature (besides regular Netscape bookmarking - IE stinks there) is tabbed browsing. I found some product that converts IE BM's to NS style, so I converted all my old stuf to be useable. Then I started having minor inconveniences. There were sites that didn't work because it said I needed NS 6 or higher. So one of the add-ins will report Firefox to a server as being IE6, and that helped. Launchcast still doesn't play videos (not aprob for me!) and on some sites the "click to enlarge photo" doesn't work. I'm going to stick with it off and on - I think it'll be good. BTW as it's market share increases so do the frequency of new exploits - keep up to date on security patches. OB FOOD - Easy cooked chicken for another recipe that says "add cooked chicken". Bring enough water to cover the chicken pieces in a pot to a rolling boil. (you can add other stuff - peppercorns, whatever if you need to). Add the chicken, let come back to a boil. COVER, let it boil for a minute or 2. Turn off the heat, leave the pot ON the burner. One hour later it's cooked perfectly for salads, or whatever. Hasn't
