Hi, all. I realize I haven't been posting much in this group lately...apparently there's some sort of link between wanting to eat and wanting to read about food! LOL.
I've been tentatively diagnosed with autoimmune hepatitis. I go see the doctor tomorrow to find out if it's really AH or some other funky disease that is causing my liver to go wonky (did you know that wonky is a medical term?). Then Saturday, I'm moving to South Carolina to live with my folks.
Unfortunately, getting sick has shown me in rather brutal terms that I have *no* support system here in Indianapolis, hence the move. That and my Mom has AH, and she's been in remission for 8 years now...so I'll be dealing with a doctor with a proven track record!
I'm disconnecting the computer Friday, and should be back up and running Monday, although with a different email addy. (lisa-ann at stalnaker dot com). Or I'll be popping in thru Google, it depends on how much Daddy lets me tinker with his computer, and whether his cable company supports Usenet.
I'll post again tomorrow with the doctor's verdict.
