It seems to me I heard somewhere that Andrew B. Chung, MD-PhD wrote in

Are you saying only Christian doctors are ethical?

Whereas in truth Jesus said "Render to Caesar the things that are Caesar's, and to God the things that are God's." The coin in question was from Caesar, the governing authority. Jesus did not say Caesar and his empire had been established by God, but that both Caesar and God are to be honored in their realms. AAMOF his questioners were hoping he would say that they should not give allegiance (i.e., pay taxes) to the civil government, an opinion which would have made him liable to criminal charges.
Yet some self-professed Christians also fail to respect others, it seems. Perhaps respect for others is a place where humans succeed or fail without respect to their professed faiths?

Funny how many scientists are without the Lord and yet win acclaim and honor from their peers for their scientific work. Are all NASA employees Christian?

It would appear you are abandoning AMA's principles of medical ethics for your own. -- Don Kirkman
