I have a small bunch (3) of Leeks I need to use up, so will remove the dry sheaths, slice and sautee' them in some grapeseed oil until they are soft, and add a couple of cloves of pressed garlic and some grated ginger root.
I have two large slices of ham thawing and will chop that up and add it to the pan to brown a bit when the leeks get soft. Am debating adding some white and yellow onion as well?
