For Turkey day we will have the usual turkey with all the trimmings. I also want to do a big whole ham. Steven is getting all peey because he really doesn't care for turkey and he NEVER eats ham (but will eat bacon can do both the turkey and ham but I can't do all 3 unless I smoke one of them. I really don't want to go to all that trouble. I got an easy, person recipe for yams to use this year. Got it from my SIL. It's almost like a dessert.
