Cook meats and green pepper; drain and add Velveeta slowly. Add rest of ingredients. Spread on party rye and heat in oven 10-15 minutes or broil (till bubbly) when ready to serve. Enough for 1-1-2 loaves party rye bread. Can also be heated 2 minutes at 80% power in microwave.
