Exactly, Wayne. I *did* read the website. I also read what the OP wrote. And I quote from him again, "You prepare the meal at the store...slice, dice, cut, etc." What does that say to you? It says to me I have to stand there and slice, dice, cut, etc. Takes 2 hours to prepare meals for a week. Except you are also using unfamiliar equipment-knives at unfamiliar "cooking stations" with pre-ordained ingredients.
And if *you* aren't the one doing the slicing and dicing with your handy dandy bbutt-a-matic, I'm sure you are paying upscale bucks for someone else to do it for you. I just don't get the appeal.
OB homemade food: I got some lovely just-in six yellow (summer) squash while I was out today. If the weather holds I'll probably grill the squash and split and grill a cornish game hen tomorrow.
I like to simply brush the split lengthwise yellow squash and brush it with olive oil and sprinkle it with herbs. I'll probably use Penzey's Bonnes Herbs blend.

For the cornish hen I like to do something simple, too; simply the skin side with melted butter seasoned with paprika and a little grated lemon peel, just a little dried tarragon, salt & pepper.
