Breakfast Cbutterole

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 8 slices cooked bacon -- crumbled 1 1-2 cups soft bread crumbs 12 large eggs 1 cup milk 1 teaspoon dried parsley 3-4 cup water 4 tablespoons butter -- 1-2 stick 1-2 pound grated cheddar cheese 1 teaspoon seasoned salt 2 tablespoon minced onions
Night before: 1. Soak bread crumbs, parsley in milk and water for 5 minutes. Strain and reserve liquid. 2. Heat butter in 8" skillet. 3. Add liquid to eggs. Scramble eggs until soft-set. 4. Mix in bread crumbs and 3-4 of cheese. 5. Sprinkle some of cheese on bottom of buttered 9x13-inch baking dish. 6. Pour in eggs, and sprinkle with rest of cheese and bacon.
In the morning: 7. Bake at 400¡F for 30 minutes.
