Consisted of marinated, grilled rib eye with sides.
Rib eye steak was marinated in an Italian Vinagrette then grilled on high for 2 minutes to rare.
Veggies were chopped asparagus with sliced white and pooake mushrooms (I found fresh pooake at the Oriental market for about 1-2 what they usually run at $4.99-lb), sautee'd in butter and olive oil with shallot, fresh garlic and fresh ginger, a little grated lemon peel and salt free lemon pepper.
Salad was fresh boston butter lettuce, baby spinach leaves, Avocado, Roma tomatoes and salad shrimp tossed with Ranch Dressing.
Wine was a good Australian Chardonnay. I'm developing a real fondness for Australian Wines. :-)
