Benedict way he site. for hahaha, bullpoo, Benedict. It's all there, down the Google trail. You did not cover your tracks very well at all. Now then ... unless you want Mama and...

aem ha escrito: I write a good one: INGREDIETS: - 2 soup-spoons of oil (sunflower or olive oil) - 40 grams butter (1 gram= 0,0352 ounces) - 3-4 soap-spoons of flour - 750 milliliters of cold milk (1 liter=1,76 pints or 0,22 gallons=1000 cubic centimeters) - 2 eggs - 1 liter oil (for frying them) - salt (it depends on the kind of croqettes and the taste you like) - grater bread. PRINCIPAL INGREDIENT: You have to put one of these: - 500 grams of prawns -or 350 grams of hake (or another white fish). - or 2 stew eggs - or 200 grams of Serrano Jam. - or 1 piece of cooked chicken.

You heat the oil with the butter inside a frypan. When all is hot put the flour and move it a few. While you are moving it, put the milk slowly, slowly (it has to be boiling all the time). When it is thick you put the principal ingredient you have chasen (clean and cutted little pieces) and then you move it very well. Ater this you take it of the pan to a large dish and wait until it is cold. (2 hours or more). Make the croqettes with 2 spoons and after your hands and roll then in grater bread, batter eggs and bread again. Fry then with hot oil and it is all.

I don«t do it this way now, because I have got a robot that heat and move at same time, so the most hard part is out my work, but the ingredients are this or what you like best. Before having my thermomix I did them this way. Good luck and good taste.
