I've seen them at the local TM, but haven't been tempted yet. If it's great, let us know...I'll go grab a few bottles.
This is one that I bought. It's a nice taste for salad dressings. Maybe with lime or lemon. I tend to just start splashing things together until I get something I like.
When I was looking at the avocado oil when I bought mine, there was a woman perusing the same section, and she noticed that I had picked up the oil and asked what I was going to do with it. Salad dressing, I said.
She picked it up, looked at it, read the nutrition label, and muttered, "!00 percent of calories from fat!" and she sort of shuddered and put it down like it was toxic. Hmmmmm...where did she expect the calories to be from in a bottle of oil?

She had the same sort of reaction when she saw that the maple syrup was mostly sugar. Although she didn't buy the fat-free cheese sauce because she figured it wouldn't be good without fat. I'm not sure what she was looking for, but eventually she settled on something she liked.
