Wok and burner questions 2781I've been using the Big Kahuna burner for a couple of years and highly recommend it. I'd recommend a carbon steel wok purchased from a restaraunt supply...
I've been looking for either a grill or smoker to put on the 2nd patio. I don't have a lot of room left so it has to be of manageable size but with enough grill space to allow more than just a couple of items on the grill/smoker at the same time. Over in ABF one of the posters showed pics of a stir fry he made in his Big Kahuna burner. We stir fry at least a couple of times a week. I'm thinking this might be just exactly what I want. No, it's not a grill/smoker but it looks to be something I would use quite often. We have an inground gas grill and a charcoal Weber on the other patio. Has anyone that posts here had experience with a burner? There is also an Eastman burner further down the page. Which would any of you suggest? Also, with a burner, which wok would be the best to use? Stainless or carbon steel? Cast iron wok maybe? I'll be anxious to hear from the experts. Thank you in advance.

Wok and burner questions 2780You raise a good point, VegA. Thnx for the tip. I'll make sure I keep the handle under a watchful eye and keep it out of dishwater. Might help to sand off the shiny...
