The only two things I will not eat are lima beans and salmon mousse. I will tolerate limas if they are cooked in a stew to a point which they are no longer reminiscent of their true nature. I won't eat salmon mousse because the first time my mother made it, she used sweetened agar-agar 'gelatin' and it was so gross I threw up shortly after eating it. It took a long time before I could eat salmon at all after that, and I have tried salmon mousse since then, and although it was prepared well, I couldnt manage more than a bite.

I don't care for fast food, either, but that's more of a greasy-salty-sugary thing. I have a hard time eating any processed foods because they always taste too salty and sugary compared to what I cook from scratch.
You can send all your mushrooms and olives to me, Heather. I'll mix 'em with the tomatoes my husband discards and make a salad :)
