For starters you look at your teeth. Why do you think we humans have the teeth we have to cut and grind meat and other matter. Our bodies are designed to consume both plant and meat matter (fact). I learned this in early science clbutt 5th grade I believe.
So did you read the whole Copyright © 2004 Osho International Foundation paper? It is full of holes, sorry to say it's not based on real science fact.
If you want to eat organic matter that is your choose, but don't try and pbutt on nonsense papers that are misleading and half truths. I would suggest you do more research on the meat (protein) subject before you bash the rest of us for wanting to survive in the animal kingdom.
I don't want to become a vegetarian it is against the laws of nature to do so.
