For anyone in easy reach of Wirral (Betwixt The Mersey & The Dee) my new beer, Sunlight from The Betwixt Beer Co. will be on sale at the excellent Wirral Farmers Market, this Saturday, 11th June. (*market details below).
The beer is a 4.5% pale golden hoppy ale (styrian, challenger & goldings), brewed for me by the good chaps at Northern Brewing, Runcorn. It will initially be sold as unpasteurised, unfiltered, bright beer in 1litre plastic bottles & 5,10&20litre polypins.
Watching the English: Mailcopiesto: neverThe Hidden Rules of English Behaviour' by Kate Fox. It's rather good (that's rather English), very useful for people (including native Englishpersons) who know they don't understand when and how to...
If there is demand I will also sell the beer in truly 'real' form & am looking into producing bottle-conditioned beer in 500ml. Say hello if you do come down to the market, cheers Mike McGuigan (ukfdra regular & ukfdm lurker) The Betwixt Beer Co. tel - 0779 296 7414
