HEEEELP! Made an absolutely wonderful blackcurrant mousse from a BBC Good Food mag and now can't find the recipe. Would anyone have it?? All I remember is that I was preparing for a pudding party (brief savoury courses before launching into mbuttes of puddings) when the mag arrived and had a fab blackcurrant mousse recipe, so cancelled one of the other pudding recipes and made the mousse instead. Major hit. Now can't find the recipe and want to make it again. Have searched so long and hard it's now become an obsession! As I have all the mags for 2004 and 2005 I'm now buttuming that either I've gone completely bonkers and it's staring me in the face and I can't see it (or it's not listed in the indexes) or it was in one of the supplement things they send out periodically........and that's got mixed up with the Darling's car mags and has long since gone to the charity shop. All I can remember is that we had the pudding party here in Melbourne when it wasn't summer - so that would make it any issue from say May to September....maybe?? Recipe had cbuttis in it, but I don't remember it having any eggs. Ring a bell anywhere?? Please??
