Yes, she has, and swears by it. Neither she nor Spouse have been able to spot any serious flaws in the design, and that's unusual :-) We've had them to stay, with the Eglu and chickens, and I know how well it works.

S'interesting. My comments as I visited the Eglu website to daydream a bit last night established that he's as anti-chicken as ever. My careful attempts to find out why were fairly unproductive; *I* don't think they 'smell', or at least not by comparison with the litterbox used by indoor cats. I begin to wonder whether there's more to this, perhaps something to do with his intense dislike of things that flutter. Moths, for example. Not that chickens flutter much. I think they're fascinating, not in terms of behavious (I haven't known any save Mary's), but because to me they look like reptiles, with beady, fast-blinking eyes following prey about.
