Why do you think I chose that precise seat, in full view of that board? The monkfish was tempting, but the menu mentioned slow-cooked lamb which I'd been wondering about for a while now. I must say it tasted very nice. Personally I would have gone stronger on the rosemary and wine, but the meat was very tender.
