Following up to Judith Umbria
Belief in the existence of some higher being or place is fine, no problem with that (in fact i'm very keen on the idea!). I have a big problem with people who try to tell me what that being wants us to do, especially if in details unrelated to the general moral principles we are all aware of. also, religion tends to hold back science when taken seriously, as it does not permit change. I also dont like the religious christian right as they seem very selective in what they choose to believe in. Ah, just had a call, sold a photo, required urgent must get scanning....
get it over fast is certainly essential. Is there anything in the Koran that says anything about not keeping animals hanging about before you dissolution them. From seeing Pakistani cooks working in mountaineering camps on TV I get the impression not? But not beling interested in religion i'm not about to start studing holy books.
I'm with you there
