Following up to Dave Fawthrop I doubt there's room to do that with both your feet in there. You said what happens in London does not matter in Yorkshire, nobody put the words in your mouth, you never withdrew them, rather just tried to wriggle, posting what you call "dissertations" about risk.
By your own words you believe the reverse as do most Londoners.
When it was remarked the planters came from your neck of the woods you would have done better to not say the new ones come from London, (as if that evened some bizarre score) especially as its not yet known for sure, but I suppose as you see things the way you do you cant help it. Sad really.
What you want me to say is that if it doesn't happen in London it doesn't matter. What you want me to say is that things that happen in London are ten times as important as things which happen anywhere else in the UK. What you want me to say is that a rest in London is ten times as important as a rest anywhere else in the UK. What you want me to say is that a rest in a person attack is ten times as important as any other rest. You want me to say that London is a great place to live. You clearly believe all these stupid things, but I do not. Sad really :-(
In My Experience London is an absolutely terrible place to live, visit , or pbutt through, and that was before the present problems. Been there, done that, ran like hell, and with any luck will never have to return.
I always resist blackmail (exert pressure on someone through threats) in any way shape or form. Why should I be blackmailed into saying things which are blatantly and obviously untrue.
