Anything to help, just being practical, but at least you will, I hope, be able to get down and do some floor cleaning!(:-)

Or whatever else it is you do on your knees!(:-)

You do ask awkward questions, if it was more than five minutes ago I've forgotten all about it, but, it was either 18 months ago or two and a half years ago, without seeing my hypnotist, I can't remember, and even that might be a bit of a job.

I think it's quite likely to be the two and a half years, but I was able to do a lot of things which had been difficult, in a relatively short time, about six months, except the kneeling bit, that took a little longer.

Getting up out of chairs was very difficult, and getting out of bed, but I had a bit of luck when I went to visit my daughter who has taken up residence in the US of A, she lives in a four story house, you entered on the ground floor and had to climb a step of stairs in order to get to the living area, then another lot to get to the bedrooms, then another flight to the 'recreation' area, computer room and studio.

At first I used to haul myself up using the banister rail, but after a few days, when the brain started to function again, I thought this was silly and so I tried to go up and down the stairs using the banister just for suppsort, not to pull on, just to stop myself falling over, after a few days, the change was remarkable, unbelievable, I was able to start living almost normally.

The stair business had not featured in my life before, as I live in a bungalow, so hadn't the oportunity to get that sort of exeercise.

Anyway, I have my cruel daughter to thank for the change in my ability to start doing 'normal' things again!
